Privacy Policy
Effective date: 1 August 2026 · Last updated: 1 August 2026
This policy explains how Siralle Consulting Group collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data submitted through this website. Please read it alongside our Terms of Use.
01. Who we are
Siralle Consulting Group is an HR consulting practice providing strategic HR, compliance, and people advisory services to organisations operating in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean. References to "we", "us", or "Siralle" in this policy are references to Siralle Consulting Group.
Our website is siralle.com. Enquiries about this policy may be directed to info@siralle.com.
02. What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it. The categories of data we may collect include:
Contact and enquiry data: Your name, email address, telephone number, organisation name, and the content of any message or enquiry you submit through our contact form or book-a-call form.
HR Health Check data: If you complete the HR Health Check assessment, we collect your responses to the ten assessment questions, your contact details (if provided), and the score tier result. This data is used to generate your result and, if requested, to send a report.
Booking and scheduling data: If you book a call, we collect the information you provide in the booking form, including your name, email, organisation, preferred contact window, and any notes.
Technical data: We collect standard server log data, which may include your IP address, browser type, and pages accessed. This data is collected automatically and used for security and performance monitoring only.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not operate third-party advertising pixels on this website.
03. How we use your data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
To respond to your enquiry. If you contact us through the website, we use the data you provide to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
To deliver the HR Health Check result. If you complete the assessment, we use your responses to calculate and present your score. If you provide an email address and request a report, we use it to send the report to you.
To confirm a booking. If you book a call, we use your details to confirm the booking and, if Resend email is active, to send a confirmation to the address provided.
To improve the site. Anonymised, aggregated server log data may be used to understand how the site is used and to improve its performance and content.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with any third party. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making.
04. Legal basis for processing
For individuals in jurisdictions covered by the GDPR or equivalent legislation, our legal bases for processing personal data are:
Legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you have initiated, and maintaining basic server logs for security purposes.
Performance of a pre-contractual arrangement — processing booking details to arrange a consultation you have requested.
Consent — where you have explicitly requested a report or follow-up communication.
For HR Health Check responses submitted without contact details, processing is anonymous and no legal basis is required.
05. Data retention
We retain enquiry and booking data for as long as is necessary to respond to and follow through on the matter, and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up queries. We do not retain data indefinitely.
HR Health Check responses linked to a named individual are retained for up to twelve months. Anonymous assessment responses may be retained longer in aggregate form to inform service development.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@siralle.com.
06. Data storage and security
Personal data submitted through this website is stored on a secured server located in the United States (Vultr infrastructure). Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Access to stored data is restricted to Siralle personnel with a need to access it.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. No transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. If you have reason to believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
07. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention requirements
- Object to processing in certain circumstances
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@siralle.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in any case within 30 days.
08. Third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services, each of which operates under its own privacy policy:
Resend (resend.com) — used to deliver transactional emails, including booking confirmations and HR Health Check reports. Data submitted in forms may be processed by Resend to the extent required for delivery.

Vercel / Cloudflare — used for CDN and DNS. Standard web infrastructure.
We do not embed social media trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site.
