Terms of Use

Effective date: 1 August 2026 · Last updated: 1 August 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using this site. They set out the conditions under which you may use siralle.com and the limitations that apply. Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of the site.

01. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website (siralle.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to your use of the website only. They do not constitute or form part of any engagement agreement between you and Siralle Consulting Group. The terms of any consulting engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement.

02. About the site

This website is operated by Siralle Consulting Group, an HR consulting practice based in Kingston, Jamaica. The site provides information about our services, publishes educational content on HR and labour law topics, and offers tools including the HR Health Check assessment.

The site is intended for use by HR professionals, business owners, and organisational decision-makers seeking information about HR consulting services.

03. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, data, design, code, and the HR Health Check assessment — is the property of Siralle Consulting Group or its content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may read and share content from this site for non-commercial purposes, provided you attribute it to Siralle Consulting Group and include a link to the source. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written permission.

The HR Health Check assessment, including its questions, scoring framework, and tier descriptions, is proprietary. Reproduction or adaptation without permission is prohibited.

04. Use of the HR Health Check

The HR Health Check is an educational tool. It is designed to provide a directional indicator of HR risk — not a legal opinion, audit, or definitive compliance assessment.

The score and tier result are based on your self-reported answers to ten questions. They do not represent a guarantee of any legal outcome, a finding of compliance or non-compliance, or professional advice. Nothing in the HR Health Check output creates a client-adviser relationship.

If the result identifies material risk, we recommend engaging a qualified HR professional for a formal assessment. Siralle Consulting Group offers this service; so do other qualified practitioners.

05. No professional advice

The content on this site — including articles, case notes, FAQ answers, and service descriptions — is provided for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice, HR advice, or any form of professional advisory service.

Labour law varies by jurisdiction. The information on this site is written primarily with Jamaican and Caribbean employment law in mind. It may not apply in your specific jurisdiction. Before taking any action based on content from this site, you should obtain advice from a qualified professional familiar with the applicable law.

A client relationship with Siralle Consulting Group is established only by a written engagement agreement signed by both parties.

06. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the content on this site is accurate and current. Labour law and HR practice change over time. We cannot guarantee that every article, reference, or piece of guidance on the site reflects the most current legal or regulatory position.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

07. Third-party links

This site contains links to third-party websites, including official government and regulatory bodies, professional associations, and reference sources. These links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked site.

08. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siralle Consulting Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — including any reliance on information provided on the site.

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action and whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use personal data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at siralle.com/terms with an effective date. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
